NIIVIIN was founded by a mother and daughter with a shared mission: to create products that bring calm, structure, and beauty to everyday life—and to give back while doing it.

Cora, the daughter and co-founder, brings over 10 years of professional design and business experience that shaped Niiviin’s foundation. Paired with her mother’s creativity, determination, and heart for helping others, Niiviin grew into a brand known for thoughtful aesthetics, practical layouts, and high-quality craftsmanship.

From planners and notepads to recipe boxes, cards, and organizational tools, every item is crafted to simplify routines and empower daily living. We focus on premium materials and U.S. production whenever possible, so the products you use every day are durable, beautiful, and a joy to write on.

One of our cornerstone creations is the Daily Checklist Notepad. “I designed the Daily Checklist Notepad because I struggled to stay organized while balancing ADHD, motherhood, and business tasks. We tested different paper thicknesses until we found one that didn’t smudge with pens.” That personal struggle—and solution—became the heart of Niiviin: creating tools that solve real problems in real lives.

At Niiviin, impact is just as important as design. We donate 50% of profits to support pregnant women, adoptive families, and communities in need. Every purchase carries a purpose—helping you stay organized while helping someone else find hope.
