Our Story 

NIIVIIN was founded by a mother and daughter with a shared vision: to create beautiful, purposeful products that bring calm, structure, and intention into everyday life while using our success to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

At the heart of NIIVIIN is a belief that the small choices we make each day shape the future we create. Our planners, journals, checklists, and organizational tools were designed to help people slow down, gain clarity, build confidence, and intentionally create the life they desire.

For Cora, this mission is deeply personal.

Cora became a mother at just 17 years old. Navigating motherhood at such a young age came with challenges, uncertainty, and seasons where support was needed but not always available. That experience created a lifelong passion for encouraging and supporting women during some of their most important moments.

The challenges that shaped her story became the foundation for NIIVIIN’s greater purpose: creating products that inspire people to believe in themselves while extending hope and support to women and families who need it most.

Cora brings over 10 years of professional design and business experience that helped shape NIIVIIN’s foundation. Combined with her mother’s creativity, determination, and heart for serving others, NIIVIIN grew into a brand built on thoughtful design, meaningful functionality, and exceptional craftsmanship.

From planners and notepads to recipe boxes, cards, and organizational tools, every product is intentionally created to solve real problems and make everyday life easier. We focus on premium materials and U.S. production whenever possible because we believe the tools you use to build your life should be as meaningful and lasting as the goals you are working toward.

One of our cornerstone creations, the Daily Checklist Notepad, was born from Cora’s own experience balancing ADHD, motherhood, and entrepreneurship. She needed a simple but effective way to organize her thoughts, manage responsibilities, and create progress each day. After testing different layouts and paper qualities to find the perfect design, NIIVIIN created a tool that has helped countless others do the same.

But NIIVIIN is about more than organization.

We believe success is most powerful when it creates an opportunity to serve others. That is why we dedicate 50% of our profits to supporting pregnant women, adoptive families, and communities in need.
